Updated CDC guidelines (3/1/2024)

The CDC released updated guidelines for respiratory viruses including COVID-19, flu, and RSV. This includes staying up to date with vaccinations, practicing good hygiene (covering coughs, washing/sanitizing hands, cleaning surfaces), and taking steps for cleaner air (fresh air, purifying air, go outdoors) In addition, Stay home if you are sick for 24 hours to minimize symptoms and fever without fever-reducing medications. Use prevention strategies such as wearing a mask for 5 days and isolation to limit the spread. Our office will continue to have COVID supplies available for your use. (masks, temperature checks, sanitizer) Mahalo for keeping our office and staff healthy.

As a Marriage Family Therapist, I provide psychotherapy services from a family systems perspective to children, adolescents and adults as well as couples.

I specialize in Child-Centered Play Therapy to help children and adolescents express themselves creatively as well as using verbal therapies. A wide variety of materials are available for self-expression (paint, art supplies, puppets and clay). For more active children, a bop bag can be used as well foam blocks and mats.
